The 22nd AWES Workshop and Wind Loading Day will be held from 19-21 June 2024 at James Cook University in Townsville, Queensland.

AWES Student Travel Bursaries

A limited number of travel bursaries will be made available to Masters and PhD students to assist attendance at the 22nd AWES Workshop and Wind Loading Day. Details of the program are listed below.

To be eligible students must:

• Currently be enrolled in a Masters (by research) or PhD program at an Australasian university.
• Be the presenting author of an accepted paper.

The Travel Bursary will include:

• Full registration fees at both the AWES Workshop and Wind Loading Day.

To apply for the AWES Student Travel Bursary students should contact Matthew Mason (matthew.mason@uq.edu.au) via email indicating their interest. A short support email from their research supervisor confirming their enrolment should also be sent. Students will be advised about the outcome of their application within a few days of making their request.
